All in stock items are guaranteed to ship the next business day.

Shipping for online orders within the Continental US is a flat rate of $5.00 and will be shipped UPS Ground.  For online orders outside the Continental US please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.  If you require alternative shipping methods please contact us at (406) 587-0158 durring regular business hours.

Return Policy

At Tudo Joia Bead Co. we stand by our products. If you are unhappy with any of the products you receive from our online store or the product is defective in any way, we will gladly refund the cost of those items less shipping cost. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and a return request authorization number must be obtained by contacting our office by phone at (406) 587-0158 during regular business hours. You will then have 5 business days to return the product for a full refund.

To return items to Tudo Joia Bead Co, follow these steps:

Within 14 days of delivery, call our Customer Service office at (406) 587-0158 and ask to speak to a representative about a return.
We will then give you a Return Authorization Code.
Securely package and ship the item as well as the Return Authorization Code, to this address :

The return package must arrive within 10 days after your Return Request Code is assigned in order to receive a full refund.
The items must arrive back to our store in the same condition you received them.

Backorder Policy

If an item is out of stock and placed on back order, we will first contact you with an approximate shipping time frame.  If the item can not be shipped with in two weeks you will have the option of a refund for that product .
